My aim as a personal trainer is to help you set and reach your fitness goals by providing you with safe, effective, and efficient workouts. I don't believe in wasting time in the gym or in your living room with unnecessary exercise.
With nutrition, my goal is to arm you with the knowledge on how to eat right. If you want to lose weight, and keep it off, nutrition knowledge is a must. I want to teach you how to plan a healthy diet and why it is healthy for you. You won't simply get a grocery list, you will get information on how and why you will be choosing healthy foods at the grocery store.
I have years of experience in helping people with pain, mobility, and movement issues. While I believe a lot of our health issues can be improved by exercise and eating right, that is not always the case. I have many referral sources that I can share with you if there is something I am unable to directly help you overcome.
