How can BSF help your child?

My history includes years of playing and coaching sports. I know how much athletic performance matters to children.


I hope to help your child improve in their sport by teaching them about the importance of a healthy diet and exercise routine.


Using information gathered from our initial assessment, I will work with parents and children to design a program specific to their sport.


Improve running, throwing, jumping, agility, conditioning, and strength for sport.

- 6 week home workout designed around your child's goals
